    Criminal Enterprise..... Don't stay here!!!!!

    Booked a room for a friend working a late night shift. Credit card was accepted and a written confirmation was sent to me AND NOT HONORED!!! Friend had to drive 2 hours while exhausted and the criminal enterprise running the hotel is keeping my money. Called Wyndham customer service and was told to pound sand! I will have my credid card company deny payment!!! What a dump!!!

    Be careful in the tub- no grab bars Slipped, grabbed shower curtain It broke my fall out onto bathroom floorWater was everywhere Luckily not hurt too bad.     This La Quinta is now our go-to place to stay when we are on the south side of Houston. Lobby was large and inviting - plenty of comfortable seating and tables for breakfast or for visiting, playing games, or reading later in the day. Indoor pool was a plus; bed was comfortable; staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean.     We came from a longhaul flight UK to Texas and were very tired. We choose the La Quinta because it was off the main roads and looked very quiet.We were super tired and we asked for a quiet room. The room was good, beds were very compfy but unfortunatly we got on both sides neighbours (which were not the quietest ones) - not what I was asking for (specially when you are not even half full booked). So that was it with a quiet night.Breakfast was surprisingly nice.
