    Roaches and nothing works

    Convenient location, but not worth the high price. Water fountains, water bottle machines were inoperable. Killed a roach in my bathroom. TV power cord missing. Fitness center was sparse, and what was there was broken. Overall, not at all worth the $200 per night price.

    Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the room could use some maintenance attention. I have attached photos of the TV for reference as to why the TV should be replaced.

    The pictures are not accurate. The grounds look like they haven’t been kept up. It looked very messy. All the facility doors were open for all to see. It was right beside the elevator so you had to pass it. All the pool chairs were torn so you couldn’t lay out or enjoy pool time. I had to ask that my room to be cleaned and the trash to be taken out.

    We chose this hotel because their website said “renovated in 2024”. Those renovations didn’t extend to the rooms. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, but it wasn’t clean either. Lots of dirty smudges on the doors. The cabinet with the fridge was scratched and dinged quite badly. The sheets weren’t as clean as I’d expect. One of the beds had stains on the comforter- this is why I never use them. The room was quiet and I slept pretty well but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.
