  Cockroaches in the room, iron burns in the carpet, lampshades literally disintegrating they are so old, wall paper falling off the walls, walls so thin we were woken at 5am by our neighbour playing 80’s hits which we could sing along to word for word, pool out of use. Don’t get me started on the smell!!Also, why put 3 pillows in a double room?? Are we meant to share one of them or something?Note at reception says if you are caught smoking in the rooms you will be charged for replacement of carpet, curtains, bedding and light fittings... I assume they are praying for someone to break this rule so that they can refurb!Also, when we were there, they were refurbishing every single downstairs room meaning we had to go upstairs with a baby stroller every night. A bit of forethought and they could have left some of the downstairs ones available to use for people like us. Would never use this hotel again.

  This hotel was nice back in the 1970s but today it is one of the most drug ridden, homeless areas in town. The rooms are outdated, smelly and noisy. Convenient to the interstate is the only thing this place has going for it. I would never recommend the place to anyone I cared about.

  We had trouble figuring out how to turn the lights on when we first got there. Finally figured them out. Beds were not comfortable. Air conditioner did not keep the room very cool. We were only there from 11:30 pm to 7:00 am and it cost me $92. Little bit expensive

  Avoid it unless you are into the drug screen. The place reals of marijuana, the hood bous in the front of the building and all night screaming from the other rooms. I spent hours listening to a woman screen and cry. The smell coming from the room had me nauseous. OMG I really want my refund for the night I spent in hell.

  This was a last minute booking as I was just getting back in town and needed to get my kids bathed and fed after traveling most of the day. The room wasnt horrible but doesnt deserve more than a 1.5-2 rating. I booked a double queen - but the beds we actually doubles (didnt matter really because I wanted a King but it wasnt available). I was charged an additional $8 and some change because evidently I didnt mention that I had 2 children that would be in the room when I booked online. I explained that they sleep with me and they are only 1 and 3 years old.. he said it didnt matter and I still had to pay for them as it was "their policy.". I had never heard of such a policy but still paid the fee since I had already paid for the room and arrived at the location for check in. When I got into the room and noticed at bath time that there was only 2 towels and one bottle of shampoo. I was rather upset and disappointed because I was forced to pay for 4 people (2 adults ans 2 children) but the room did not accomodate 4 people. Unprofessional and made me feel taken advantage of as their regular price was already way out of range of what the room was worth!The microwave barely worked and you have to hold the door shut with your hand, it was infested with roaches to the point to me having to order pizza and spend even more unplanned money even though I purchaed TV dinners as we are on a budget. Food stuck between the door of the refrigerator. Beds are hard but linens seemed to be clean. The phone in my room didnt work and the lamp shades need to be cleaned badly as they are covered in dust or possibly mold.Also they do not have luggage carts so I had to make several trips from the front lobby, going up and down the stairs with 2 toddlers. My room was upstairs and I am 8.5 months pregnant/2 weeks away from having a baby. I didnt feel accommodated at all. Check out is at 11am but my 1 year old was very sick & it was taking a bit longer than usual for us to get through our morning routine so I called from my cell to the front desk and asked for a late check out, I told him it would be maybe 12 at the latest. He said he could only give me 30 mins maximum or I would be charged for another night. This is what sealed the deal for me. I will never book with them again unless I have absolutely no other choice. Very unsympathetic and didnt respond in a professional manner at all!Cant comment on wifi as I never rec'd the password to be able to connect. Also can not comment on breakfast. I did not attend. I do not recommend this facility.
