    Hotel is in very poor condition and generally unsafe with unlockable ground floor windows, broken smoke detectors, elevator that has been down for months and holes in walls and ceilings

    Uh just don’t. This was so pitiful. Everything is dirty. Breakfast sucks. Sink sucks. There are like no outlets in the room.

    Outdated and needs remodeling and pest control, mold smell throughout most of the hotel, sketchy outside after hours if your aren’t packing. Don’t understand how this is a choice recognized hotel. Have to check in at a kiosk on a webcam

    ZERO STARS!!!!!! Our experience with this hotel was HORRIBLE! DO NOT let the pictures fool you!! It’s NOTHING like it! This hotel should be SHUT DOWN! I thought that the kiosk was pretty cool but we rarely use our physical cards and you can not use tap! Fin was cool and helpful that was the ONLY positive to this experience/stay. The elevator was out of order so you have to use the stairs , spots all in the carpet and the rooms!!! The furniture was OLD, mattress was an old Innerspring stained mattress, missing drawers, rusted lamps, old showers, nasty floors, the cleaning part wasn’t bad although it was hair in the shower… It was the conditions of the hotel that was sordid! And the breakfast was nasty also… We’ve stayed at 2 star hotels and 5 star hotels and this was a negative 4. The pool was grimy, mucky and green… it’s NOT a place for kids… EVERYTHING was dated. They must pay people to leave good reviews cause I don’t know anyone that would want to live like that! Don’t believe me I’ve included pictures! NEVER again! I can’t believe this is a choice as a platinum member! I’m glad it was just for one night until we got to our Air bnb on the beach!

    Right from checkin staff to breakfast everything was great. Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and the beds were soft. Breakfast was good as well, standard Quality Inn breakfast
