    Save your money, sleep in your car.

    To say the hotel was an utter disappointment would be an understatement. Have had great stays with using the choice hotels in the past month since becoming a rewards member. It was listed on website as free hot breakfast, which was non existent, and was told by front desk the next morning that they don’t do breakfast. Also listed on website as 24 hour fitness center, which was locked when I got up the next morning with a key and not a key card. No one was at the front desk at that time to unlock it for me. Room floor was filthy with dirt and what appeared to be hair from every previous guest that had stayed there. And to top it all off the pool was closed by order of the health department, my son was disappointed to say the least.

    This hotel does not even deserve 1 star. It’s awful and I would rather sleep in my truck than stay here. The manager named “Kay” was so rude and unprofessional and has absolutely no customer service skills. This place is horrible and should be shut down permanently.Do not stay here!!!

    Omgosh I wish I had read all these reviews here and on Yelp before booking this nightmare of a hotel. I have always stayed at Quality hotels because some franchises are great and very clean! I'm guessing it depends on the Property owner and the general manager. This hotel is nasty. From the moment we walked in. It reeked of marijuana, and people were just hanging out in the lobby, appearing to be nonguests. it was very unsettling. Then we get to the room assigned to us and it was a disaster. It stunk like wet clothes and mold. it was very muggy. i went to turn up the AC and it was the most disgusting AC unit I've ever seen. It had zero knobs and it was so rusted and had mold. the Carpet right below the unit was wet where it had been leaking. i went to the front desk to speak to the attendant and she said they were at capacity and could not provide us with another room. I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere and she said that was not an option. I asked to speak to the GM or if she could call him and she said she could text him. She texted someone and then came back and said since he was not there she could not issue me a refund but that i could try Choice Hotels, which is who i booked through. after calling C.H. they asked me if I could ask the attendant to put me on check-out status and the attendant said if she did that it would refund me my money and she didn't have the authority to do that. But if I came back in the morning she assured me i would get a refund. so I left to another hotel. the next day i find out that NIck Desai, the GM would not be at work until Tuesday. So if i could call back that day it would be great. Here i am Wednesday march 8th and i have yet to hear from them. The hotel and the management are terrible. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Especially if you have health issues because mold and rust are health hazards and MGT doesn't not seem to care about the well-being of their customers. I will never stay at this hotel again. General Manager is Nick Desai and the Property is owned by Shree Raj Prabhu.

    Wouldn’t let my family stay here….Not safe not Sanitary.

    To be upfront, we only were at the hotel 15 minutes before we left and booked a different hotel. As soon as we walked into the parking lot, we got a bad feeling. Most hotels on the area had many cars in the lot, not this one. We walked in and when checking in we were told we could leave a deposit in cash…very strange. They also told us that breakfast was grab and go and not hot, as advertised on their website. We went to the room and most of the doors looked like they were kicked in with the locks being damaged. As soon as we opened our room door, the smell hit us. Marijuana, tobacco and must all combined. Everything looked beyond filthy. Immediately I wouldn’t let my family stay here for fears of the area and the filth of the room. We didn’t make a big fuss with the front desk as the attendant was polite and just doing her job, we just left and checked into a local Marriott. Don’t let the lower prices and reviews fool you, this hotel is not safe nor sanitary.

    We chose Quality Suites because of the great price. Being a Choice Privileges member, we’ve never been disappointed, until now. The hotel is older and new paint and flooring cannot cover up the level of filth to which we were exposed. There was a blood spot on the bathtub and smeared blood on the wall. The casework around the refrigerator was broken and obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. The air conditioning unit was extremely filthy and the door casing was also dirty. This is a place that I will NEVER again visit. My pictures are attached.
