    RUDE REP!!! I GOT NO HELP

    Hotel rep is very rude. She kept on hanging up my calls and placing me on hold. I got no assistance whatsover. Wasn't able to catch her name as she keeps on hanging up on me. The time I called is at 12:00PM-12:30PM. Please take accountability.It's been a week since I started calling and still got no help.

    My room was spacious, clean and cool when I walked in. I would definitely stay here again. Staff at front desk were very nice. There's a waffle house in walking distance and a Popeyes chicken. There's also a Walgreens and a whole foods market down the block. That is walkable also.

    I think there was a lot of poor service even in the breakfast area there should be more options . Hopefully next time there's better customer service especially with answering questions. I wouldn't recommend tho

    First time that we stayed at this hotel. It is very clean and the staff are friendly ad helpful. The rooms are large and quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. There are many good restaurants nearby to choose from.

    Maintenance man did not fix toilet. He blamed me for not pressing the handle down far enough. I’m a senior citizen so I believe I’ve used enough toilets to know when there is a problem! Breakfast was under par for a Best Western Plus hotel. The 4 days I was there, No meats, eggs or fruits! Only offered waffles, sugary cereal and sugary yogurt.
