  I came to this hotel only because they take dogs and it would be convenient for me and my son and pup who is 4lbs and 4yrs old btw. I came for about 4-5 days until my apartment was approved. The lady at the desk is very very nasty and rude. She slammed the window in my face after paying told me I couldn’t stay past a week. I would have to check out and back in. Never heard of that at any hotel or red roof I’ve EVER stayed in. After she heard me tell my 30yr old mentally disabled son who bothers not one soul actually. Never has in his life that she was rude. She then changed her whole way of talking to me but still had a hint of nastiness. Amazing how these foreigners come to the USA and think they can mistreat the very people who took on many hardships and mistreatment so that they can have a place to call home USA. Amazing. This I will tweet about as well as will let everyone on my social media accounts about. I wouldn’t tell a dog to stay here based on this nasty attitude having lady. Ma’am get your ish together. You run nothing. If the old me came out honey it wouldn’t be pretty. I’ll tolerate it for now but after this NEVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Room was clean. Housekeeper was nice. I had to beg front desk for towels go figure. These Palestinians or Palestinians or Arabians or whatever they are disgust me with their nastiness. DO NOT STAY HERE THE ATTITUDES ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!   Good customer service and safe property.The area has very good lighting and made service is very very good. The front desk staff during the day is quite good. The young man at night seems to always be asleep. My day was long and it was good.

  THIS WAS THE WORST STAY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. UPON CHECKING IN IT WAS H***. I HAD TO CALL THE HOTEL WHILE STANDING AT COUNTER BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE.. WE GET INTO THE ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CONSIDERED CLEANED, NEGATIVE. THE BED WAS MADE BUT IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE LAID ACROSS IT. I WENT TO USE THE RESTROOM AND THERE WAS NO TISSUE. I HAD TO CALL TWICE FOR TISSUE. WENT TO WASH MY HANDS AND THERE WAS NO SOAP OT TOWELS SO I HAD TO CALL TWICE AGAIN. I ASKED FOR A ROOM CHANGE AND SHE SAID THEY WERE FULL. I THEN CALLED FROM MY CELLPHONE TO INQUIRE ABOUT A ROOM AND SHE STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS FOR THE ROOM TYPE I DESIRED, SO SHE LIED TO ME.WE FINALLY GOT THE NECESSITIES WE NEEDED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED ALREADY. WE BEGAN TO UNWIND AND MY HUSBAND JUMPED IP TO KILL TWO ROACHES AND A BUG BECAUSE OF THE SPACE ON THE DOOR AND DOORFRAME. I’M READY TO GO BUT THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. TURNED ON THE AC AND IT WASN’T COOLING OFF SO I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AGAIN. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD GET COOLER LATER TONIGHT WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN. THE ROOM DIDN'T COOL OFF UNTIL THE EVENING OF THE SECOND DAY. WE LEFT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND UPON RETURN THERE WAS ANOTHER ROACH AND MIND YOU THERE WAS NO FOOD LEFT OUT. MY HUSBAND WENT TO SHOWER AND A TICK OR SMALL INSECT WAS ON THE FACE TOWEL. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE INSECTS. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER OYO PROPERTY AGAIN. WE DESERVE A REFUND FOR THE H*** WE WENT THROUGH. THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE OF TEXAS LICENSING AND INSPECTIONS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE I DONT WANT NOBODY TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE WENT THROUGH!

  The place was horrid. You might need a hazmat suit to stay here. I almost wanted to go out and buy them cleaning supplies and show them how to use them. I would stay at your own risk because there is no telling what you might find.

  Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff.We made a reservation only to be told they cancelled it when we arrived. Then we were refused a refund for 2 days.Leaving are family stuck in Dallas with very little money to get a different hotel. The staff members didn't care and were very rude when we asked for a refund
