    Review of family and pets staying there

    Cleanliness, amenities good. Housekeeping good. Noise level not good , heard talking in the elevator and staff entrance doors slamming from inside our room. They say they are pet friendly but not really.. hotel staff looked down on guests that had their pets at hotel.     Great location, incredible value - perfect for extented stay or stay with kids!

    The location is amazing - right across from Katy Mills Mall, near the water park and so many resturants. The room is large and well appointed - it includes dishes, a hotplate, large refrigerator and dishwasher. There's plenty of room and comfortable enough for extended stays. The beds could be more comfortable and the noise level on the outer rooms facing the highway is not conducive to sleeping, but we brought a sound machine. The room was clean, although housekeeping didn't come as requested. We had a few issues - internet & TV but those were addressed promptly and overall we had a good stay.

    Perfect location next to the mall and food. We had the suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths which was perfect for my husband and I and then our teenage daughter. The bedding was wonderful. The kitchen area was large for a hotel and we had a kitchen table and a small desk. So if we needed to work, there was plenty of space. I would not recommend staying on the first floor as that is too close to HVAC units which are loud. The breakfast was good - everything fresh.

    More Than a Hotel—A Home Away from Home

    I stayed at the Marriott Hotel Residence Inn from March 31 to May 12th. I can't say enough great things about the wonderful staff there. Carmen, Victoria, Rachel and everyone were kind and helpful. As were all the other staff, including the incredibly hard-working housekeeping team. The property is beautiful, with a swimming pool and conveniently located in the center of everything. Very peaceful to just walk around outside. My room was spacious with a great amount of walking space, a comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and everything worked perfectly. If I ever needed anything, the staff was just a phone call away! They truly felt like family. I used the free WiFi and the large, clean guest laundry room. My experience was truly above and beyond, and I will absolutely be returning. This wasn’t just a work trip. It was one of the best production stays of my life, and I’ll carry it with me. I will return, because I know now where to find you

    UNCLEAN and BASICALLY NO HOUSEKEEPING

    One of the worst Residence Inn’s we have ever stayed at. Housekeeping is a joke. It is every other day and they didn’t even make the bed or tidy up. Trash bags were not replaced and the one bowl that was in the sink was left as is. The hotel says it is only a “REFRESH” every other day. Perhaps it is under new management but our housekeeping last year (when we stayed for 6 days) was what anyone would expect it to be during our stay this year!!! Come on…Be Better. Every other Residence Inn has made the bed, cleaned the room (especially what was obvious!) and left the room similar to how it was when we checked-in.There is a reason many people complain about the cleanliness of the hotel…fact of the matter is they don’t even clean when housekeeping arrives.
