  Ok for 1 night before you flight out of IAH

  This is an ok hotel. Our room was clean and large. We had a king suite on 1st floor with parking in front. Very close to IAH car rental return. The price was low 54$ so we booked it. There is a shopping center hidden almost directly behind this hotel with restaurants and such. With in walking distance more or less.   Need better housekeepers

  The bathtub had long blonde hair in it from the last visitors. The floors were hardwood , which was nice. But the bedspreads were very outdated from the late 80's maybe.   The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me access to their computer to print a ticket for Space Center Houston. Facilities were clean, airy and well kept.   HORRIBLE ROOM CONDITION

  I am 74 tears old, traveled the world for business and NEVER stayed in a more filthy, disgusting room.We arrived at 7pm the night of the major ice storm in Houston, January 16th, after a 4 hour drive from Galveston which normally takes a little over an hour.The towels were filthy with black stains although they were probably laundered.The fitted sheet was torn completely on one corner.The sheets and comforter smelled and very wrinkled which told me they were not clean.The tiles in the bathroom were broken and lying on the floor. The pillow covers were also heavily wrinkled and stained.We ended up sleeping in our clothes and my wife did not want to use the shower in the morning.When I complained to the clerk in the morning he said he would report it to Housekeeping.I disputed the charge with AMEX and received the motel's letter stating their policy is that a guest with a complaint needs to give them sufficient time to remedy any problems. They rejected refunding our money.7 pm at night, parking lot so icy we barely made it to the room which was only 200 feet from the office and one clerk on duty.   Not a bad room!

  Hotel is older but the room was clean and the beds were good. We found no bedbugs! It was very easy to find the location, and check-in was very smooth, the front desk people were nice and friendly.
