We stayed for 7 days and the room was never cleaned once. If this was policy we were not aware of it. Drywall dust from renos all over, again did not know this ahead of time. Staff friendly and helpful. Very Basic Hotel

This is a bare bones basic hotel. The location is good near a nice development of shops and restaurants. But the hotel is not part of that complex- it’s a few blocks away in a more industrial area. My initial impression was terrible- the desk area is run down with makeshift shelving displaying snacks for sale. No lobby, just a small entrance. The room was ok, I was expecting worse and was relieved. But there was wear, a broken lampshade and a musty smell. My colleagues experienced a broken elevator and had to carry their luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs. The staff was nice and helpful, but, as for the hotel, I’m glad it was only one night. It was very cheap (which is why someone booked it), but unless you really need to cut costs, I’d look elsewhere. A nice and clean gem!

This is a very clean hotel with friendly and professional staff! My Husband and I stayed here during the 2017 Super Bowl. This location was close to the interstate and it wasn’t too far from NRG Stadium.I accidentally left my brand new top in the closet and the staff was nice enough to ship out to me! I’d stay here again for my next visit to Houston! I didn't have the best experience here. The staff are all very friendly. The hotel itself is dated. I got locked out of my bathroom the first day, the receptionist needed to open the door with a paperclip. Then the hook on which I hung my towel in the bathroom fell off the wall. The gym is ok, but has an incomplete set of weights. The hotel has free parking and is close to lots of restaurants, which was convenient.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights for the first time, and we will never stayed at another hotel when we go to Houston. Our experience was way above expectations. The hotel was very clean, the personnel extremely friendly. The room very spacious, we love the kitchen and the size of the desk was great. The location is incredible, it is located at a very quite street but close to many good restaurants and shopping areas. We had a wonderful time and we will always be staying there if availability permits. We loved Jennifer and the other Manager too. Thank for everything!
