  When I came here it was due to traveling and waiting for our home. Room size was good tub had paint leaving, bathroom door would not shut, but on the third day or so of our stay the Pakistani young guy gave out my room number and said it was because the person said they wanted to pay my room.!! How unsafe!! I cried explaining how much dear I had of this(people knowing my location) I waited to talk to the manager. Well they said the “black”lady was kinda like a manager.. hmm kinda.. so I tell her my experience she responds well you have to tell us not to tell anyone your room number. Never should this be the response. Some people are running from domestic violence (here) then a day later a group of children came from a neighboring hotel causing issues myself and other adults attempted to handle it. I was told on my renewal date I was unable to renew due to my children being outside playing. She kept saying, this is not an apartment (as if we are used to living in one) I kept saying those where children not mine, two other adults told her the same thing and I was told she would pull the cameras, no call to tell me otherwise we went to another hotel .   My stay was great my room was very clean. The staff was very welcoming. I have stayed at other extended stays before but never like this location here. I will be definitely be recommending this place and will come back.   Horrible experience with staff and management!(

  Liz and Rachel called the police on me and my family today, causing great inconvenience on my family and I reporting fake news gossiping with a neighboring hotel in Sugar land. Reba who is the manager there who is absolutely the worst! They are giving me hell behind my service dog apparently these hotels don’t allow dogs! I was asked to leave and they won’t refund me my money however, they want to inconvenience me and my daughter who is 8 months pregnant I feel these women are very racist even though most guest are of color and Hispanic. This women Liz threw a pen at me! She has hatred in her heart none of them should be working in the service industry and should be FIRED! They gossip about guest and don’t keep their information private!   First impressions are the ones that count. Going into a nice clean lobby with excellent staff is a bonus. They are very welcoming staff is go above and beyond to make you feel like it’s a home away from home. My room was nice and clean, checked every place and didn’t see nothing wrong.
