    Do not stay here. Staff is rude and incompetent. Rooms are filthy and smell like marijuana/cigarette smoke. Hairs were found on bedsheets and pillows. Stains in the bathtub. Cockroaches were seen in the bathroom. Very disappointing and disgusting stay.

    Front Desk Mr. Kevin was superb and truly top-notch with his service. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely return again because of the wonderful experience he provided.

    Hotel was under constructionI reseved a disability room for my son but all the rooms with disability were under construction pool was closed gym room was under constructionWater cut several times toilet water was so high that make hard to useThey have to give back half of the money but very poor customer service i am not using this hotel again break fast was not very good same things every day .

    Given different room than shown in pictures. Told room i booked ( king suite with jacuzzi) was “broken”. Called days in advance to make sure early check in was ok - assured it was no problem at all. At check in the staff was livid that another staff noted it was ok. Berated me and made me wait close to an hour while she helped other guests and complained about “ I have things to do and this is the 9th early check in I’ve had to do!”. I kindly told her i understand her frustration but i am also frustrated driving 4 hours to be berated, and having to take the wrong room due to lack of time to change it. I told her she should bring the problem to her managers attention, not a guests. She seemed to be having a bad day, and was set up for failure apparently but i will never book through trip advisor again. The room was disgusting!

    Smoking is more important than customer service

    Although the hotel is clean and it serves a good breakfast, we decided to rate it low for the following reasons:1. Poor service - The desk help seemed more interested in smoking outside and talking on their phone (for 5-10 minutes or more) than waiting on multiple customers at the desk.2. Low water pressure. The toilets are rigged with some gizmo that allegedly is designed to increase water pressure. Instead, the water pressure was so low that it took 3 flushes to flush a single piece of toilet paper. The sink barely ran and the shower also had low water pressure.3. The bathroom door wouldn't shut.
