    The room was nice but very dated.My biggest complaint was the laundry room. You had to make a reservation to use the laundry room...which is fine...alone time...but only one set worked in the entire room.

    Worst hotel experience of my life!

    Bed Bugs or Fleas!!! I had reservations and attempted to stay at this hotel for one night. I did not last an hour because of an infestation of either bed bugs or fleas. Upon sitting on the bed for 15 minutes, I was covered in bugs and began to get bitten. I immediately gathered my bags that were on the floor, but they were already covered in bugs as well. The employee at the front desk was very helpful at the time and confirmed that he too saw the bugs after my complaint. Believe it or not it gets worse from there. Management denied the incident when I complained. I have been staying at IHG hotels for decades and have never filed a complaint, but this was ridiculous. I will never stay at this location, or any other hotels owned by this management group. It was a disgusting experience and to be called a liar made it even worse!     Here at Staybridge in Houston, TX, it was great stay. They have very friendly and helpful managers. The staff and servers were also kind and helpful. They had hot breakfast and the rooms were clean.     Check in was nice due to Marc being at the front desk. The stay was like any other stay at a hotel, nothing outstanding. There are many other lodging options available as staybridge management has suggested. The cleaning and cooking staff were kind and hardworking. My ac didn't work the first night, but Marc made sure we moved to a different room within 24 hours. The room itself was very outdated, but the kitchenette and they provided some dished, coffee pot, coffee, stove and that makes it for a very nice stay. My stay was unpleasant due to management and I can spend over $100 to stay at another hotel which is what management suggested to my little sweet family.

    The property is ok. The rooms outdated. Laundry room works, but only the washing machines worked and one dryer out of 4 worked. Outlets did not work, lights, ac, dishwasher and carpet was nasty and outdated. The pond you see online is not what you see in person. So much trash in the pond and it if it isn't their property why would it be online? A little dog park which is cute and free beer Monday through Wednesday is a great amenity and if you stay there and see the sketchy people that stay there you might want to indulge on free drinks. Management is appalling, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Do yourself a favor this summer and book another IHG hotel.
