    Our stay was very restful and room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service was excellent. We didn't have breakfast because our rest was more important. Close to hospital where we needed to go visit a family member.

    Let me just say this, if there’s no other place to stay, I’ll stay here again. Everything is just unsatisfactory except for the staff. Unless you want to experience for yourself, then go ahead. Otherwise, stay back!     Roaches in the room

    There were roaches in the room. There were no TV stations on the cable. The internet service was poor. The room was HOT. We were supposed to stay for a second night. But, we canceled and found a cleaner hotel. Bad experience overall.

    Great value. Great room. Great service. Check in was speedy and easy. Room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk was friendly to work with. Was in the area for the NCAA Final Four so our drive to downtown was not bad.

    Night auditor was rude hateful and made me feel so unwanted on property

    The stay was ok for the most part my only issue was the overnight guy. He is a older gentleman with a rotten, stuck-up, just all around bad attitude. The young lady that worked day was wonderful. She was very attentive and helpful with whatever was needed. In my opinion she deserves a raise especially having to deal with the night auditor every day...... But other than him the stay way ok
