  It was cool very good service. Not a great atmosphere but it was a clean room . I had to deal with the maintenance while there. Over all I slept good. We understand this may have affected the overall atmosphere, and we appreciate your patience.Regarding the atmosphere, our location is in a major industrial hub surrounded by key energy and gas companies and a truck stop. This environment may feel different compared to other locations, and we appreciate your understanding.Regarding the coffee setup, we recently updated our policy where coffee machines are available in our suite rooms. It appears there may have been some confusion during this transition, as housekeeping may have placed coffee packets in your room. We also understand you contacted the front desk, and our team provided clarification at that time. Our front desk agent also informed that coffee is available for all guests during breakfast hours at the front desk. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Your feedback is very important to us, and we are continuously working to improve both our communication and guest experience.   We've stayed here several times but this time they put us in a room on the north side were a large group of people stay, evidently some work crew, male and female. They stay outside at the patio thing and walk around looking in cars. They have a big noisy party outside complete with loud music and yelling etc, getting drunk. This goes on all evening until around 11:00 pm . This motel obviously couldn't care less about their other guests as I went to the office and complained. The ridiculous thing ended with someone rapid firing a pistol maybe 9mm. It sounded like it was right outside my door at JUST BEFORE 11:00 PMBELIEVE ME YOU DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE General Manager, Owner at Super 8 by Wyndham Baytown/Mont Belvieu, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your previous stay.   Very Nice Super 8 Property for Business or Family Travel. This property has been updated to the modern furnishings and the rooms are clean, and safe. The property sits in a convenient location off of the Baytown/Mont Belvieu exit, and the property is directly on the other side of the McDonald's and Mexican restaurant. That said it is located just far enough that it's convenient to get to, but it's location is quiet because it's not sitting right on I-10.
