    The small fridge in room normally has a small freezer, didn't have one. Breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars, was hoping for a better selection, like cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast, and possibly fruit, for example.     Unprofessional so called hospitality location!

    Because I notified the staff(Kevin Patel) of planted Disturbance(s) around the room that I was staying in, this so called hotel manager loudly and disrespectfully demanded me to leave their premises. I don't believe they want to be in the Hospitality business by the end of 2025... Let's professionally and legally help them out.     Very Accommodating Hotel

    The staff is extremely accommodating and professional; not to mention friendly. I’m a veteran and have a service animal in my company and was surprised at how many hotels don’t allow them. This hotel was an exception and welcomed her with open arms. Service was excellent, plain and simple. Great hotel.     Didn’t actually check in! Check in is at 3 pm we arrived at approximately 3:05pm, room was not at all ready they expected us to wait to check in 20 min we ended up going to the motel 6 next door. Also there is a creepy man that either works there or owns it walking the property harassing guest. Sat and watched him doing it before we decided to go ahead and leave. Not a good look at all will never book here again!     Said breakfast included but there was none

    I was coming from a Home2 Suites experience and wanted something similar. This place said in the Booking.com page this: "Breakfast included in the price" so I decided to book. To my surprise, there was no breakfast at all. Just coffee, juice and a cookie. Wish I got some reimbursement for this.
