  Peaceful property but rather expensive

  My stay is always pretty peaceful, as I keep to myself to rest and relax. Although, the price per night for a King size bed is $82.00 with tax and service fees. As, I am homeless so I stay at this motel when natural disasters have occurred. The employees are friendly, the property and rooms are clean but the price is my only concern.

  When I travel by myself, I am a budget traveler. And with Super 8, I've had really good stays (near Joplin, MO) and one horrendously bad one (near Denver, CO). I can honestly say this place was far, far better than I expected. To look at it from the outside, you can't tell how nice the rooms will be. I saw a review about blood and fecal matter and renting rooms by the hour; I see reviews like that and it sounds scary. But with my room, it couldn't have been further from the truth. My bed was comfy, I had a large flat screen TV, the flooring was new, the bathroom was clean, there was a mini-fridge, coffee-maker and hair dryer, and the furniture was all quality. It's not the Ritz, no, but I was honestly shocked at how nice the room in this Super 8 was.It was nice enough I had to send pictures to my wife saying, "Check out the deal I got here!" (I'm notoriously cheap when I travel alone). I'll attach those.Now, the outside isn't as pretty as the inside. But there's only so much you can do to the outside of a standing Super 8. And the area? This did NOT seem like a high drug, prostitution or other sketchy area despite it being pretty darn close to the airport (minutes away). I was more than pleased.

  Good thing I travel with my own cleaning supplies, there was so much hair in the tub, the soap was previously opened, the sofa had a large stain on it, goodness knows what from and when we tried to flip the cushion the other side was worse. Shady activity going on in the parking lot both day and night, not very comfortable with children. The staff was very friendly and welcoming but the establishment needs some tlc

  This place rents the room out by the hour. Horrible smell, bodily fluid all over the comforter, hair in bed, towels been used. Urine on seat of bathroom, towels were dirty. Tvs did not work. This was the worst stay ever. I am a platinum member.

  This is in a high traffic area, has a small parking lot with doors to the outside. The flooring and tile have been updated, so the room feels nice, but clearly it is an older building and has some upkeep issues. No breakfast served in the lobby, where they obviously used to do so.
