  I have visited this hotel, many times over this year, and I have not had any issuesThe front desk employees/owners have always been super nice and helpful .And we have never seen any insects of any kind, now being from Texas myselfYou may see a roach now and againIt only takes one or two to make their way in to hotel. AND THAT CAN HAPPEN ANY WHERE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS decard it and let staff know.   So let me start this off by saying I highly recommend you don't come to this hotel to ever stay. The staff at the front desk are not professional they are rude and straight disrespectful. They are shady and they are thieves the man that we checked in with wasn't friendly he had a unprofessional attitude. My wife and I made reservations for this location hrs in advance so when this man made us our key and told us are room number. We go and find that there was somebody already in that room and that shouldn't ever happen. He had to see that there was someone already occupping that room. We get a different room key and when we get into the room it looks great at first until you start really looking around and you will notice how nasty things are. If the lights are off you won't notice the dirty floors and the dressers that look like it's never been properly wiped down. You can see in the corners of the room have never seen a mop and behind the couch along the base boards and wall had some nasty brown throw up caked all over and it was disgusting. The bed was comfy but that doesn't mean I want to sleep in it when the bedding and linen were dirty stained and that's unacceptable. I definitely don't appreciate how I started noticing roaches come out and run along the floors and when my wife went down to complain and ask for another room to change to. They acted like it was a huge ordeal and they didn't want to compensate us a different room to stay in. The woman who my wife spoke to at the desk told us we will have to wait till later. So as we waited I decided to get breakfast just to find all there was to eat is cereal and waffles. That's fine until I make my waffle and coffee and the waffle tasted expired and the coffee didn't taste good it wasn't anything like they promoted or like any of the other hotels I've stayed in. This place doesn't seem to care about how you feel when you wake up and your looking forward to a good morning breakfast. It just gets worse from there I 100000% advice no one to come here this place isn't what it's made up to be it's all looks until you start seeing what they have covered up inside they lie through their teeth and they don't have any business being allowed to operate this place the way they do.   The price was great . The hotel was clean and decorated very nice. Walking distance to restaruants and a grocery store. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. I had a peaceful nights sleep. They offer a light breakfast for free.I would definitely stay here again.   Rude manager. Independently owned so you can't make a complaint to corporate. My autistic son stayed the night with his father and couldn't sleep about 4 or 5 in the morning and apparently him running around the room warranted a noise complaint and the manager Brijesh Patel threatened to call the cops and have my children removed from the property if they made anymore noise. He then ignored me and got the on the phone when I confronted him of why he'd threaten children with police for being a special needs kid. Now what kind of structural engineering failure is that when you can hear footsteps and full conversations down the hall? Nothing but drug addicts on FEMA passes staying there right now.
