Bugs crawling all over us in bed, and hotel didn’t care

I stayed there about a week and a half ago My daughter had surgery in the morning at the children’s hospitals near the hotel. We had bugs crawling all over us in both beds all night. All different types of bugs. My daughter ended up staying all night in a desk chair. Wouldn’t get back into a bed. I reached out to the front desk the next day. They said they would pass the information to the manager. I tried to call, email and left multiple messages for the manager to get in touch with me. Never happened. I put in a complaint with booking.com about this. But got a email saying the hotel wasn’t gunna do anything about this. I got a 11$ credit towards my next booking. Hotel is absolute trash. I was a firefighter for 16 years. Stayed in hotels from coast to coast Cheap. Expensive. I’ve never had this. I think my next call is to the health department. This hotel should be embarrassed. But not even one apology

the reviews are a little out dated , but it goes to show ya its been the same dumpy place to go get your stuff stolen by management. i guess i shouldve said lying management, cause he will liiiiiiiiiiie.

I traveled to Conroe area for work. I only wanted a reasonable price hotel near by where I work. This hotel used to be la quinta inn hotel. The hotel is very clean. The front desk girl was very nice. I will definitely stay here again in the future. It locates right on highway 45.

They got roaches in bed and signal changed me to stay in the same room. Nice front desk staff. Management doesn’t care about the customer and the cleaning staff doesn’t even try to empty trash. Room smells of mildew and smoke. I have asthma and had to leave after a short while there.

Staff was nice, but the quality of the hotel (especially for Tha Woodlands area) was horrible. There was German roaches in my room, climbing on one of the beds. During my shower the shower head came off and hit me on the shoulder. It states it’s a no smoking hotel, but when I walked into my room I had to personally clean and wipe down everything because the room smelled like an ash tray. The fridge appeared to have black mold on the shelves. No hair dryer available so the front desk brought me one. When I went to turn it on, it was sparking instead of working. So disappointing and disgusting!
