    The rooms are fine and normally clean. There is no guest laundry and the fitness center is very basic. The breakfast bar serves an intentionally terrible breakfast, it’s not free or complementary Hilton doesn’t do anything for free. It’s dangerous as well, eggs and turkey sausage served at room temperature. If your company expects you to consume the “free” breakfast, go somewhere else. It wasn’t always this way, but this is the new Hilton trend.

    Lost a Loyal Hilton Customer Over a Washrag

    I stayed at this hotel in April. We dealt with issues with people standing outside of our room holding full-on conversations with others down the hallway before 7am. We ended up opening our door and asking them to move on. I know this is no directly the hotels fault, but the fact that there is no insulation to minimize the noise is an issue. We found that the door to enter by the pool did not work, so we had to walk further around to access the building when parking at the rear of the hotel. The final straw for me is that they came back and charged me $10 extra for a washrag stating that I had ruined their property. A washrag. Really? I have over 86K points from stays with this organization and you are going to charge $10 for a washrag. Please prove to me that the washrag that went into the industrial washing machine with all the other washrags from the floor and came out with makeup (the only thing I could have put on a washrag) was mine. I've stayed at Hilton's internationally and I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again over $10. Great customer service, y'all. You lost a loyal customer and numerous future stays over $10 and a washrag.

    First time at a TRU by Hilton - Great stay!

    Nice hotel, great value and great location for our trip. Convenient to Costco and restaurants. Nice front desk staff. Breakfast in the morning worked out great. We only stayed one night - a bit of road noise at night but I think that's because it was very cold outside and sound travels faster and farther. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

    We arrived to the hotel early. The front desk clerk told us that the room was almost ready. We sat down in the lobby for less than 30 minutes, and our room was ready. The clearly was very nice and accommodating.

    This hotel is fairly new but the outside furniture was in really bad repair. The couches on the inside has torn pillows. The room was tight and desk / chair did not line up it crowded the bed. Very clean room! Very dirty common areas. Trash in common areas was rarely emptied. Breakfast was appreciated, eggs smoked sausage cereal and breads. Coffee was always hot 24/7.
