    My husband booked this hotel because he wanted a room with a jacuzzi. Once we arrived the television wasn’t working so we reported and left to go get some items. Once we returned to the room and started to get settle I pulled the sheets back and noticed that the sheet were discolored and had an odor then I realized that the sheets weren’t changed prior to our arrival. In addition, we turned on the water in the tub the pressure was low, and we wasn’t informed of that prior to booking the room I reported both issue to the office I spoke to a guy at the front desk initially and I informed him that we recorded the issues and that we would like to come and let him see what the issues were. He stated no need to see any video just come and we will give your money back. Approximately 5 mins later the room phone rang it was a lady that is the manger I’m guessing she started yelling on the phone stating that we won’t be getting any money back so my husband and I went to the office to show her the video and to explain to her that I never ask for any money back and that I was merely reporting the issue that the room wasn’t up to health standards. She stated that she didn’t want to see the video and turned to my husband and told him that he needed to take me to a 5 star hotel which added gas to the fire . My husband stepped in and said that we don’t have a problem with the room itself it’s the fact that it was cleaned or presentable to have someone in there he also stated that if she could change the sheets we would be ok she responded and said that she could but it could take some time now at this point I’m livid so then my husband said ma’am look just give me the sheets and I’ll change them . Once I said that I was going to report the business she told my husband that she would refund 50$ dollars and the room was $129.00 . Due to the inconvenience and the condition of the room we should’ve been refunded in full since we did not stay we ended up going to another hotel.     We got a jacuzzi tub suite. The room was spacious and clean. We had to go ask for an Ice bucket. Only two regular sized towels in a jacuzzi suite. The water pressure was HORRIBLE. It took over an hour each time to fill the tub. Close to the airport and decently quiet.     Odd noises all night

    The price is great, the front desk staff is friendly and courteous, the location is close to IAH, and there is a pretty water feature out front, but that is where the positive things to say about this hotel ends. The room looked acceptably clean but it didn't pass the clean sock test(put white socks on and after you've walked around some, look to see it they are still white in the bottom), and there was a lot of grout stain in the bathroom, that told me that it wasn't really clean. Also, there were strange noises all night from the walls and ceilings. Not the "no tell motel" sounds, but odd tin can dropping sounds, water pipe sounds at all hours, and quick thumping like children running around. We heard the sounds a lot because the bed was oddly soft and uncomfortable, and there were not enough pillows. The towels in the bathroom were not much larger than kitchen dishcloths. AND the wifi was spotty.To end on one last positive note: There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good.     Check in was fast. Room was clean, ample, well-equipped, had a newish feel. The motel style allowed us to park just a few meters from our room door, which was very convenient. Being close the the highway is convenient, but also the hotel is a bit retired (you get to the hotel through an entrance road for about one block) so the noise did not bother us.     Overnight Thankful only One Night

    Stayed there overnight ( 6 to 7 hours) and the checkin was awful. We booked 3 rooms non smoking months in advance and was told one of them was not available upon arrival. Yep stains on sheets in one room. Ice all over the stairs and walkway and staff could not care less to have addressed that. Our cab almost hit the building on the way in due to the ice:(Try getting a cab in the morning. Front desk did not want to help. Too busy getting high score on his phone game I guess. Finally found and Uber on our own. Highly not recommended.
