    The property offered a competitive rate the entire 3-day stay. It is very conveniently located close to the airport. It had a pleasant stay.. it was so quiet since it’s away from establishments. I will come back again.

    Not a safe place to sleep over

    Avoid this hotel - it's not safe on several levels.Our room on the first floor, 101, looked ok when we walked in, not great, but OK. Later, after settling in, we discovered the deadbolt did not work. It got dark and there was a single light source in the room (we were able to get a broken, but working lamp). When I went to take a shower, I discovered the grab bar on the tub, which I use, was partly pulled out of the wall. Our curtains facing the pool area (cluttered with broken equipment) would not close for privacy (we had clothespins!) Folks at the front desk were polite, but not really helpful, and the full breakfast advertised was a light weight grab and go, glad we had leftovers in the mini fridge. Find a better place.

    The hotel cancelled my reservation without any prior notification, phone call, or email.Leaving a guest stranded because of an unannounced cancellation is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    We only stayed overnight as it was close to the airport and on a day trip to Houston from another city. When we arrived, the room we booked was not available and was told only a double bed room was available, which was no problem at all, and I did not need to pay anything extra. The man at the front desk was nice but I had to initiate the conversation that I needed to check in and was not acknowledged until then. The floors were sticky from the lobby to the room and after entering was immediately hit with the smell of must and cigarette smoke. We were able to open the windows to air it out but there were large holes in the screen. The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned and everything just felt stale. There was also a mess of cables and cords connected with two power strips plugged into an exposed outlet, which did not feel safe whatsoever. I'm not typically so bothered about hotels but I would not stay here again.

    Worst experience for parking. On the website they mentioned shuttle service is available. But after reaching to the location shuttle was t available for next one hour to drop at the airport.
