Denis was a total @$$hole didn’t even check for my reservation. Just said he had no rooms available even though i had made a reservation the day before!

Newly renovated but everything is already broken: the sliding front door broken all 3 days, both elevators were down for 36hours, heater in first room was broken, tub drain plug in second room was broken and the enamel was peeling already, the stairwell we had to use also had the emergency exit and bottom steps partially blocked by construction material. No kleenex is provided at this property either. Weed smell in the hallways exactly like section 8 housing.There is also blatant prostitution activity here, prostitutes dressed accordingly coming and going with their pimps, guy wearing a hair bonnet moving 5 extra large rubbermaid tubs + a half dozen metal stanley sippy cups into multiple rooms on the same floor, in the same wing there are 10+ room doors on the same wing ajar in the evening and of course weed smoking. This obviously is not a kids soccer tournament pizza night or an entrepreneur hauling his wares up before a trade show. Front line were friendly but management is blatantly indifferent to the obvious illicit activity.

The hotel is okay. The receptionist wasn’t friendly , stayed on her phone, I’ve been gone from there since last week and haven’t been deposited my $100 deposit yet. If they don’t send it to me I’m going to file a dispute this week! Hotel drinks, no microwave in the rooms, pool is closed, elevators act like they are old and raggedy. The hotel needs to be demolished. Carpet in the hallway stinks, and have a bunch of stains. Breakfast suck! Only have cereals, bread, croissants, coffee, milk, Apple juice, orange juice, just HORRIBLE. The tubs have chipped peeling paint , from where they keep painting over it. They could do better with greeting and cleanliness. It’s not too bad but it gives me a very uncomfortable feeling. Good thing is, you don’t see a lot of guests there. The cheap prices , you get what you pay here.

Don't waste your money by looking these pictures. This place is Donjon and going to meet any standards.. Wyndham lost reputation by accepting this hotel into there brand umbrella. Without any knowledge i stayed this hotel 2 days it is so horrible.
