Underappreciated GenCon Option

Stayed here for GenCon because I'll never get a downtown hotel room in the lottery. I think this is actually an underappreciated gem. It's a nicer hotel in a suburban area of Indy. If you can get over not being right downtown, you're in a nice quiet and clean good sized hotel with a secure parking garage and connected to a decent shopping mall with good dining options all around. Your family can stay at the hotel while you go off to Gen Con and they won't be bored. Rooms are clean, housekeeping service is good, Didn't try the in hotel dining options, but did go to into the connected mall, so that was a nice option.

Really great hotel and fantastic location for shopping and amenities. Little details made this stay more enjoyable such as cookies in the afternoon and attention to detail by the great staff. The food was fantastic. We ordered room service and ate on site several times would like to shout out Blake and Christian the GM for great customer service and for enhancing our stay - we will be back and highly recommend! A family reunion made more enjoyable by the staff

Great Great staff. Ben the Valet was a great help as I have a disability. He is great to be the first face you see when you arrive. Gabby the bartender took great care of us and Roberto and the young woman whose first name started with a K could not have been more helpful or welcoming in the cafe. Short Visit - No Hot Water!

Overall, what you would expect from a Sheraton. Nice to have valet - which was always attentive. Checkin was done well and efficiently. Rooms are nicely appointed and overall pretty quiet. Bar area and dining are nice along with its service. Our only real issue was the morning of our departure - no hot water. This is our second stay at a Marriott property in a month with the same issue! Great breakfast service!

This was a kind of sad trip. Memorial service for my Aunt what had passed. However, I have stayed at tons of Marriott related hotels over the years. I wanted the thank Kiana in the restaurant for breakfasts. She and the morning crew did a spectacular job. Quick, efficient, always taking care of all the guests. Also, want to call out the bartender, unfortunately, I forgot his name! But he was quite helpful with suggestions!All in all, a good trip!
