    The property was adequate in appearance and a bit on the roughside. Theproperty location is great in Overland Park. Staff was friendly. Appreciate this Days Inn being Pet Friendly. The breakfast was very very basic compared to other properties I stayed

    I had a terrible experience here. The rooms are in disrepair (broken door, drainage issues) and the cleanliness is subpar, with visible grime on the walls and hair on the linens. To make matters worse, the front desk retaliated against my complaints. After I pointed out the room's issues, they suddenly added $80 in pet fees that they had waived at check-in. When I couldn't pay, they kicked me out and kept the money I had already paid for an extension. Extremely unprofessional and deceptive business practices.

    I liked the room and the bed. It's a shame that there were roaches in and near the bathroom area. Pest control would go a long way to improving the place.

    Good location but hotel is gross. Faucets were loose, shower nasty, mini frig didn't work. Hasn't been updated in years. Bedding appeared clean as did towels. Breakfast in a bag included but nothing is fresh, all processed food. Fair price on pets - $15/dog. You get what you pay for.

    Didn't care for the carpet or bedspread, patch jobs on bathroom door needed to be finished. Sink stopper needed to work.Appreciate the early check-in. Covid restrictions are basically over. Sack breakfast wasn't the best but better than nothing.
