  Beware ! not worth it

  Horrible !! Tried spend over $1000 with this hotel to book for employees and rude guy at front desk just worked so hard at making us go elsewhere so we did. Not worth the price pain and suffering. Hampton inn down the road is great and a better stay same money

  We needed a place to stay for a long weekend while visiting family and this worked perfectly. Very nice and welcoming staff, clean room, and very quiet. We were impressed with how easy it was to modify the reservation when we had to make changes.

  Horrible Experience.

  So my boyfriend and I ended up getting a room Here because it was getting late and I don’t feel like getting back on the highway. As soon as we walk in the smell in the lobby was horrible. As we walk to the front desk to check in The worker or owner who knows walks out the back and we can tell that he was sleeping. So we start talking to him and he automatically has an attitude off the bat (red flag I know but it was a cheap hotel and I was tired of driving). So anyways We get our room and go get settled (rooms clean. Cool). Us knowing it’s late we had the tv volume low (12) Next thing I know the front desk guy is calling my phone saying he’s been getting complaints about the loudness and if we don’t quiet down he was going to call the cops and kick us out (I’m thinking wtf) but I say um okay (grant it there was only 1 other car outside). So we turn it down (7) and next thing Iknow a few minutes later he calls agin attitude on 10 and repeats what he said before’ I told him it wasn’t even loud we could barely even hear the tv atp but was like okay whatever. We ended up just turning the tv off completely and sleeping after that cause it wasn’t worth the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone Honestly or at least don’t go late. My stay was around 1/24

  The bathroom floor & walls were disgusting. A large bug crawled out of the drain in the bathtub, and there was a stick stuck in the sliding window I am assuming for security reasons but I’m not sure. The lady & the man at the front desk were friendly.

  The rooms were clean. Thats the only good thing I can say about it. There is an awful aroma in the lobby that persisted the 2 days we stayed. We were charged $30 more per night than the price quoted over the internet. When I objected I was lied to about getting a discount if I signed up for a Choice Privileges membership. I was refused a military discount and I was called a liar in front of other hotel guests. They advertise a "Complimentary" breakfast but there was none unless you consider coffee breakfast. We travel frequently and have stayed in many luxury hotels in Canada as well the U.S. but never have I been so humilited as the couple running this dump made me. If you stay here hold your nose and be sure and get your price in writing before you check out!
