Location

This well-appointed hotel is situated in the heart of Overland Park and offers easy access to all major visitor attractions and sports venues. Downtown Kansas City is around 24 km from the hotel.

Facility

191 rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun.     Got delayed due to tornado in Ottawa but Angela helped me still order food with 2 min before restaurant closed! She even gave me here last silverware from her desk so I could eat in my room.     Man I tell ya, I’m so used to being in the hospitality business and never being able to take care of myself. I’m always serving others. This is my first hotel stay in YEARS. Miss Angela from the front desk was the first person to make me feel like literal ROYALTY. Lovely lovely personality and she made me feel so taken care of. If I ever come back through here is will solely be because of Miss Angela. Every hotel needs one like here, but let’s be honest. We know there’s only one queen around here and that queen is Angela!
