  Longest check in, arrived at 1pm, 6-8 other guests got rooms, no rooms for me till after 3pm.I stay in a hotel every week, never an issue checking in early, till this hotel.   Consistently wonderful hotel stays

  We've been coming to this hotel for over ten years to visit family. This week we hosted happy hours in their bar for over 20 people on Monday and 8 on Tuesday. The bar service and food is always excellent. Gina has been taking care of us for years and always remembers our names and brings such fun to our visits. She, Dillon, and Stephanie always go beyond to make sure we and our family and friends are always so well taken care of - making sure we have drinks flowing and food replenished. I would speak with Stephanie early in the day and she would relay the information to Gina and Dillon (and Gina's manager who is great but I can't remember her name!) The teamwork and love for one another definitely shows in their interactions.We are Titanium Elite for Life so have a lot of experience on Concierge floors and their foods. Mailan and Samar Always greeted us with a huge smiles first thing in the morning and the breakfast was definitely consistently one of the best we have had in over 40 years. Oatmeal and eggs are hot and Very Fresh berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) and accompaniments - and the bacon was delicious - and I rarely eat bacon! Kudos for the breakfast staff.And as always, the reception staff consistently greets us with a smile and making sure our room is staged with all we need as our stay progresses.Just felt the need to let others know how much we enjoy our stays at this hotel and the staff makes it stand out above the rest - we are retired so travel extensively with well over 100 nights in hotels per year.   Will Increase Your Room Rate without Knowledge after booking

  Booked over the phone with Marriott and was promised a specific rate. Only to find that in my stay overview within the app that my rate was modified to higher price without my knowledge. If I did not look at the reservation details I never would have know that the rate was changed without my knowledge.

  I am writing to express my deep concern following a recent stay at your hotel. Upon checking into our room, we discovered dirty underwear next to one of the beds and trash left under the other bed. This was both disturbing and unacceptable, especially considering the reputation of the Sheraton and Marriott brands for cleanliness and high standards.We were extremely disappointed by this experience and believe it reflects a serious lapse in housekeeping and room inspection protocols. This situation caused significant discomfort during our stay and raised serious questions about the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the room.We respectfully request a formal apology and appropriate compensation for this issue. We also ask that you review your housekeeping procedures to ensure that no future guest has to experience something similar.

  Enjoyable Stay near lots of food and entertainment options.

  This Sheraton was a very pleasant place to stay. Upon arrival, the lobby is nice and updated, with a decently sized restaurant/bar very near the check in desk. The room was clean and spacious and having the room cleaned every night was a great addition and seems to be a luxury at hotels nowadays. The location is great- very close to the highway as well as a few different developments with food and entertainment. The one thing that I would’ve changed is the parking situation. There’s an option to park on the street for free, but the normal parking lot is $10/night and somewhat inconvenient. To reach the lobby level, you have to take an elevator and then transfer over to a different elevator to get into rooms. This would be no problem, but is a little frustrating since the parking is at a cost. Overall, very enjoyable stay and would stay again.
