The resort was very clean inside and out, property was very well kept up. The pool/spa areas were very clean and had games to play and bbq grills to use. Close enough to the London Bridge. Only down side was the view was of the building in front of us.

Loved our week at Havasu Dunes! Plenty of room in the 2 bedroom and convenient parking underneath. Lots of amenities and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Wendy! Great location, close to everything as long as you have a car! Be ready for the hot, hot weather in July. The lake is a great way to cool down.

We stayed here 5/29 - 6/1, and loved it. All of the front desk staff we interacted with (Adrianna, Sydney, Sarah) were wonderful. They were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is clean, and I really liked that we got our own covered parking space, plus a patio, and a full kitchen. They even give you a handful of spices to cook with. Overall, we were very happy here and had a great time. I mentioned the front desk because we interacted with them the most, but really everyone was friendly and always said hello. The apartments are pretty and very useful and comfortable. It's a home away from home.

Found this gem online. Only stayed 2 nights, but would definitely go back. Charming place, great location and very clean. Staff were very friendly and made check in and check out super easy. First time in Lake Havasu City and staying here definitely made it a great experience.
