Location

    We stayed here for one hight. The room was fine, your standard comfort inn experience. The check-in clerk was a little disheveled and unprofessional in look and manner, but he did well enough. The breakfast was the standard stuff, acceptable. The view from our ground floor window was mostly garbage that had blown off of the freeway. We ate dinner at a local restaurant. The town of Las Vegas seemed a little scary to us; we were happy to leave it behind and get back on the road again.

    Had to try three rooms before I got one. The first one was dirty with bed unmade, towels on the floor and mud everywhere. The second had someone's luggage in it and the front desk said it was empty. The third room had no tv remote. The front desk gave me another one and it did not work either. Stayed in this room anyway since I had prepaid and they give no refunds.

    Front desk staff was nice but Jesus did my room stink! It smelt like old moldy water. Seems like there is a water line broken. Hotel is one level and my window did not lock properly and one of the doors to enter hotel would not lock. So friendly staff, stinky room, not secure.

    Absolutely horrible service, no one would answer front desk phone. No WiFi for the entire stay, no swimming pool access, breakfast had almost no food at 7:20 and dining area was a mess. Gas station next door had teens blaring music right outside room windows till after midnight.
