Location

For over 40 years this luxury hotel has been a landmark on the Las Vegas strip. It is located on the major intersection of Flamingo and Las Vegas Boulevard.

Facility

The complex welcomes guests in a 23-storey building with a lift and 3348 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. A shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The complex has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and 1 smoking room.

Sport

The freshwater pool area (in part heated) includes 4 outdoor pools. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis and golf are available. Sport and leisure options include callisthenics or, for a fee, a gym and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. The hotel has a number of entertainment facilities available, including a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 11 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers snacks.

    We got there at midnight to check in. Stood in line for 2 hours for them to tell us that they ran out of rooms and had to send us to another hotel. They were super rude. Would disapppear in the back for 20+ minutes at time. The manager was even more rude than the person helping us. They offered to send us to the Horsehoe for one night. We would need to check out at 11 and the room we booked and paid for at the Caesars wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. They offered us $150 room credit for the inconvenience. We found out that we only had access to it until we checked out the next morning at 11 to come back to Caesars. All the places on the list we could go to were closed. We had to walk to the Horseshoe at 230 in the morning. Complete rip off. The people at Caesars told us this happens all the time and we should be happy they could get us a room the next day. I was there for a wedding. I was the maid of honor. Save yourself the headache and stay some where else. We booked directly through Caesars and there was no excuse. They were doing this to everyone in line.

    Josiah checked me in early to an upgraded room through Seven Star VIP services. Mula Hiluf at the Caesars Rewards desk was also fantastic. She went above the norm to explain all the changes to the current benefits Great representation of Caesars at its best

    We have recently stayed here. We joined my husband who was on a conference and it was amazing. It’s huge with restaurants/ bars and of course casino. We stayed in Julius tower. The room was tired looking needs renovating but it was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the main pool. The pool area is amazing tooIf you get chance try the buffet. It’s not the cheapest but it has the largest selection of food I’ve ever seenDefinitely worth a visit

    Customer service fit for a Caesar!

    My husband and I stay at this property a lot and we always enjoy ourselves but this time was exceptional. To start, we had to get a reprint of our diamond plus cards and we were curious about how to obtain our drink vouchers. The woman at guest services named Mulu Milot was very patient with us as we are not technically savvy. She helped me with my iPhone to show me how to redeem the vouchers, then she helped my husband with his android phone. For some reason his didn’t work, so she got a supervisor to override it. Then, I asked her about show tickets as I was having a tough time reserving them because I seemed to be getting the run around and she gave me a number to call that I couldn’t find on Google and I was able to redeem the show tickets promptly. She spent a good 15 minutes helping us out and she went above and beyond what I’ve seen many guest services reps do. You can tell she enjoys her job and she strives to be excellent. This is the kind of behaviour fit for this property. My husband and I also enjoyed dining at Nobu and Almalfi. We found the customer service there to be exceptional as well. When we checked in at the diamond check in, the workers there were also wonderful. Well done Caesar’s with your wonderful customer service. We may have donated money to your property, but we will definitely return!
