Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 291 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a safe, a cash machine and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     I really like the location of this resort, along Tropicana and Decatur. It is very handy, close to most of the amenities that are important to me.

    Clean room and friendly staff. Furniture and appliances need an update. Nice hot tub and pool. Shuttle runs to nearby grocery stores and to the Strip. Walls are paper thin, could clearly hear conversations in the next unit. Comfortable bed. Worked well for us as a home base to explore hiking and parks.

    The location was fine with plenty of little grocery and eateries to walk to. The rooms were clean. The issue was the customer service and the amenities. The pool was supposed to be heated. It wasn't. We were told it would be shortly. The hot tub was only usable for one night due to it also breaking down. We were there for a week. Our room's hot water also was basically non existent. We reported this all and nothing was done about it, except when we checked out we were told to call back and talk to the manager ( who oddly enough never seemed to be around when we needed to talk to them).We called several times, left messages and were told that the manager would call us back with a refund for our inconveniences. Every time we called, the manager wasn't in yet and never returned our calls.So, moral of our experience is, don't expect much. If all you need is a roof and a bed, then you should be fine.

    Property needs a serious update

    Just an ugly outdated resort. Needs to be updated, especially the bed, furniture and flooring. I felt like we were transported back to the 70's. Thankfully we were there for only one night. The mattress had some sort of plastic covering that when you moved it sounded like you were opening a plastic bag of M&M's and you could feel the bumps under your body. The TV's were nice.
