    Called to complaint about Bartender Marissa J. Who had time to create libel legal matters while on the clock at the “Hamptons.” Kristin at the front desk was rude and Charles Law (Management) escalated the situation and hung up. Marissa is still sending people she knows to tell me to stop complaining yet Kristin said she was no longer an employee and to call the cops. Front desk and management need more empathy training.

    Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the hotel’s location close to the Strip was convenient. However, there were two areas that significantly impacted our experience.First, housekeeping lacked attention to detail. Before leaving the room, I specifically requested certain items and left a reasonable tip, yet none of the requested items were provided. In addition, the room appeared to have received only minimal cleaning. This was disappointing, and while I don’t know the reason, I sincerely hope it was not intentional.Second, the breakfast experience was very poor. The breakfast area was extremely congested, with too many guests at the same time, and food items were not replenished in a timely manner. As a result, the experience felt chaotic and not worth participating in.While the room itself was comfortable, these issues detracted from what could have been a much better stay.

    Nice hotel, very clean. Great pool area, nice large room. The breakfast was grest. The only downside is the location. There are several apartment buildings in various states of disrepair around it. It's about 3 blocks from the convention center.

    Nice hotel property with upgraded rooms and on-site bar that serves heavy appetizers and sandwiches which was great after a long flight.Next day hotel staff provided us with breakfast grab bags since we were leaving so early in the morning. Las Vegas airport was 15 minutes away and convenient to return rental car; nearby gas stations too to refuel rental car.
