Location

This hotel is located in the heart of all the excitement of Las Vegas. Guests can experience all the amenities of a top-class resort whilst just steps from the thrills of the Las Vegas Strip. This establishment is superbly positioned within 15-acres of grounds on the most famous corner of the Las Vegas Strip. It offers convenient access to the I-15 Freeway and is situated at a Las Vegas Monorail Station, 2.5 km from the Sands Exposition Center and 5 km from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Guests will find easy access to nearby shopping which includes the world renowned Fashion Show Mall and the Las Vegas Premium Outlets. Further attractions in the area include Red Rock Canyon (30 minutes) and the Hoover Dam (45 minutes). The Las Vegas Ski & Snowboarding Resort is just an hour's drive and it is 80 minutes to Valley of Fire State Park and 90 minutes by car to Lake Mead. Las Vegas Airport is just 11 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 315 non-smoking rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a transfer service, room service and a laundry service. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a mini fridge, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, golf and horse riding are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water skiing, jet skiing and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, bowling and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also offers lunch and dinner à la carte. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    This was our 3rd time staying here for a 7 night visit (May 29 - June 5). Our experience was Excellent from the time we checked in until when we checked out. A nice touch upon arrival is the gift of some bottles of drinking water which continues throughout the week. Check in was seamless and it was nice to be greeted by friendly staff from the bell captain to the front desk. Kudos to "Michelle" and "Carlos" for their Excellent Customer Service that they provided to us during our stay, This location has a great staff team that works together well. The grounds and the building are always kept in a very clean state. The housekeeping team kept our 2 unit suite polished throughout our stay. This location is very accessible by wheelchair and electric scooter. We noticed during this stay that the Flamingo Hotel & Casino next door has now shortened the loud music playing (just something to be aware of) at their pool area from only 9:00 am to 6:00 pm compared to the past. Please note that this loud music is no fault of the Hilton Grand Vacation Club location. Just a very small notation for housekeeping to check the shower gel dispensers as both were empty in our 2 units upon check in, but this was addressed very quickly by the Customer Service staff. Keep up your great work at this Hilton location! ! We look forward to returning again for another vacation visit.....Peter Maliniak

    Centrally located, excellent staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms. There is shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided, and if you call for anything (detergent, towels, etc) it arrives promptly by a friendly staff member. There’s a handle store open for half the day that serves Starbucks coffee and breakfast items, and the almost attached Flamingo hotel has restaurants, shops, and multiple coffee places. We had a “2 bedroom suite”, which is a 1 bedroom and a studio behind a single door with 2 separate entrances inside the hallway single door, and both areas were large and very comfortable, with cold AC. This is easily a 5 star situation except for one deal breaker: the noise from the main Flamingo pool. Situated closer to the Hilton than the Flamingo, this is the only free public resort pool in Vegas, and is packed all day, every day, but that’s not the problem. The problem is that the music they play at the pool is so loud that it rattles the rooms in the Hilton, regardless of the floor or location of your room. It starts around 9 am and goes until 6pm and the noise level is so extreme that it is truly impossible to relax in your room during that time. I would never, ever stay here again because of it, but if you can tolerate that level of noise, go for it.

    Amazing place to stay. Can’t recommend it enough. Great location. Parking is free. They are extremely attentive. I don’t give 5 stars much but 5 stars here!

    ...because you'll be awakened by the booming pool music from the next-door Flamingo Hotel bright and early at 9! Yes, 9. A.M., that is. And it won't stop; it will get progressively louder until it stops finally at 6 P.M.. Yes, 9 hours STRAIGHT of booming thumpa-thumpa music, folks! We stayed here for our anniversary and for all 6 days our room was NEVER CLEANED ONCE. We begged, they told us to call housekeeping, we did, they told us our DND sign was out, and yes, it was...but how do you STOP all housecleaning at 2 p.m. in LAS VEGAS OF ALL PLACES?? So, they send someone up to attend to the almost overflowing trashcans on day 3 and the guy just grabs all 4 trashcan bags and doesn't have any with him he says (I think) and tells me to call housekeeping and ask them AGAIN to have someone come and give us some. (I didn't bother.) Sure, someone brought us some towels after we complained at the front desk, and another day as well, but NO ONE EVER CAME TO PICK UP ANY OF THEM, so they had QUITE THE LOAD of towels by the time we left on day 6. Never again will we bother with this place. But--the king suite itself was really nice. Loved having a full kitchen. I will say that much. However, as you can see from the picture, the bathroom vent was DISGUSTING. Holy cow how do you ignore this much dust, when the other vents seemed to be ok in comparison? And, this vent is maybe a foot over your head in the compact bathroom too!

    Great rooms spoiled by loud music from the Pool Party that happened every day.

    Facilities were great, the apartment was great but the music from 9am-6pm every day was hard on the ears, we were on the 6th floor and we had to turn the volume up on the TV to hear it over the music. We were out a lot so it didn't bother us too much but the explanation from the staff was that it is the pool aligned with the Flamingo Casino so the Resort had no say over the volume.
