Location

The hotel is conveniently located outside Nellis Air Force Base, near several businesses in the area, including Boeing, SAIC, Bechtel, Western States and Frehner Construction. This property is also close to the North Beltway Business Park and Raceway Business Park. Facility

The hotel has 29 single rooms and 58 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     The curtains were hanging off the window and tiles were loose in n the bathroom. Everything needed a good cleaning and updating.

    So we got 2 rooms. 1 room the bathroom door won’t close. Both bathrooms have mold. Rooms are dirty and one room has what looks like a peep hole I. The bathroom.We’re paying well over $200 each. I expected a little bit better at least clean with doors the open and close. The front desk staff are very rude.this was not our choice but all that was avalible and what a dump.

    I stayed here overnight while visiting Nellis Air Force Base.The good: The king-size bed was excellent — very comfortable — and I appreciated the high shower head in the bathroom. The room was clean and orderly but showing its age. I slept well, which is always a plus. It's location is just a few minutes from the front gate of Nellis Air Force Base.The not-so-good: Overall, I was very disappointed, especially considering the premium price - Over $161 dollars that included a $9 dollar trip protection plan. Some of the issues were beyond the staff’s control, but worth noting for future guests. Upon checking in, I was surprised when a $100 hold was placed on my credit card for “incidentals,” which I was told would not be refunded for 7–14 business days. That is excessive for a fully prepaid room. The hotel is also undergoing renovations, which were not mentioned in the current property description. Construction materials and vehicles around the building suggest that the work could continue for a while — something to ask about before booking if that’s a concern.My ground-floor room could use some refreshing, though I can’t speak for the others. I arrived during a thunderstorm, and shortly after check-in, the power went out for about 90 minutes. The single staff member on duty handled the situation as best she could and was very apologetic, but the hotel could improve its emergency preparedness. There were no flashlights available for guests, and one of the hallway emergency lights didn’t work (staff notified), leaving part of the corridor completely dark.On the back side of the hotel across a dirt lot is a homeless encampment of one poorly constructed structure. A toddler was heard crying for a long period of time. Recommend parking on the front side of the hotel and avoid the back side where construction materials and large trucks park.The next morning, breakfast was not offered as advertised — just coffee, which for a time wasn’t even available. The staff member who prepares the breakfast bar did not appear for work and the hotel did not have a back up plan in place so they just cancelled breakfast. A request to discuss partial reimbursement was taken by the front desk staff member with a promise to forward the request to the hotel's manager.Bottom line: Comfortable bed and friendly staff, but the overall experience didn’t match the premium rate with an appropriate concern for the guest and their needs . Check on renovation progress and the availability of amenities before booking.

    Humans. Do not ever let ChatGPT recommend a hotel to you based on its location. And if it ever does recommend this hotel… Run. We were allowed to “get out“ of our reservation because the mobility access room was not cleaned by there staff, I guess? We are so thankful that whoever was supposed to clean that room did not take their job responsibility seriously, or we might have paid money for the potentially scariest night of our lives. We were so grateful that we did not have to stay here. We drove away as fast as we could. We did go inside to the dining area to eat our fast food, and did not discover just how terrifying this location was until we finish eating.     Hotel is filthy garbage by elevator and gym hadn't been emptied. Smelled like spoiled baby diapers. Gym smelled very bad. Hotel generally very run down. Pool empty. They put a $100 deposit on rooms and said it wouldn’t be returned for 1-2 weeks. Hotel doesn’t live up to minimum standards of Holiday Inn. Very seedy flop house.
