    This overall was a good stay with my husband for several theater events. There was one gentleman at the desk who was very welcoming and checked my husband in. Most of the rest of the staff were disinterested in what this Lifetime Diamond needed. The room had many maintenance issues. The bathroom sink fixture was 80% Loose and wobbly. The floor lamp tilted at nearly a 20 degree angle and had to be leaned up against the sofa. Asked it be addressed while we were out and about for 2 hours. That didn’t happen. When the maintenance guy came he was great, fast and friendly. The breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Items were frequently out, probably secondary to the teen sports teams which swarmed the breakfast area, but staff were eating from brown paper boxes behind the door, rather than attending to the buffet. Always had to ask for plant based milk. Set it out please. My sandwich and wings from the bar were flavorful and fresh, although it took several transfers and holds to get it ordered. Again, the same desk clerk did great service recovery and apologized for the wait. He needs to mentor his other colleagues. The property itself was a 30 Minute walk to the Sphere and 10 minutes to Westgate Monorail.     Enjoyed my stay, wish it lasted longer. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. Every staff member I encountered was great and helpful from the housekeepers to the bartender and front desk. Especially Ms. Dee at the front desk, she was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.     This location was perfect for our one-night stay in Las Vegas. I have to personally thank Dakoy who went above and beyond to hunt down some extra towels for us! The entire staff was excellent! The pool was great and the waffle bar was perfect for breakfast! Considering it’s so close to the strip and with all the included amenities we thought it was very affordable.     A quiet break for Vegas

    I really enjoyed staying here for a few nights. The staff were incredibly pleasant and the room was super nice. Very awesome to have a hot tub that was open, as well as a pool. The surrounding area is kind of sketchy, but that is not the hotel’s fault. It’s quiet though and a cheap Uber ride to the Strip.
