    The breakfast menu

    The breakfast menu did not adequately consider the dietary requirements of guests from different religious and cultural backgrounds. During my two-week stay, the only protein options consistently offered at breakfast were pork products, specifically bacon and pork sausage. These items are not acceptable to many individuals due to their religious beliefs or personal dietary restrictions. The hotel should provide a wider variety of breakfast options, including non-pork protein choices, to accommodate guests from diverse backgrounds and ensure a more inclusive dining experience.

    The location is one of lesst crowded and safest areas and the hotel is just perfect. Rooms are clean, the whole hotel is clean. Also, the the pool is not crowded and it's very quaint. The free breakfast with delicious coffee is amazing and so convent. The Staff is friendly and always smiling. The best part of its location, is that it's a 1 min walk to the Silvertob Casino.

    This hotel has it all. Cleanliness, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub area, A+ breakfast quality and no parking fees. The beds are very comfortable as well. No complaints at all. This has got to be the best value in the area. Kea, at the front desk, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

    This was my 1st time at Hyatt Place. Super clean & open lobby, very pleasing-friendly staff & room for oversized parking. The room was spacious with a couch & small divider for the bed & the continental breakfast options were fresh & plenty. Price was right & I would stay at this brand again

    This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences our family has ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team was absolutely incredible. Brian, the General Manager, sets the tone for what world-class hospitality should look like. Vanessa, the Assistant General Manager, was amazing, Maria from the night crew was outstanding, and honestly every single person we interacted with — front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, everyone behind the scenes — made us feel welcomed and appreciated.This truly feels like a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and get away from the chaos of the Strip while still being close enough to enjoy Las Vegas, this is the place. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are great, the staff goes above and beyond, and the entire experience felt personal and genuine.You can tell this team genuinely cares about people and takes pride in creating an unforgettable stay. In our opinion, this is one of the best Hyatt Places in the world. We will absolutely be back.
