    We had a WONDERFUL experience staying at La Quinta near Nellis AFB. The staff was so very welcoming and warm towards us! Jackie was at the front desk when we arrived, and made us feel at home.When we needed to extend another night, the GM Rosalie made it seamless and easy for us to stay another night, and at a discounted rate too!Shout outs to housekeeping for working hard to make this inn spotless, clean, and safe to stay in!Jessie, one of the groundskeepers, was working hard outside to make sure the exterior of the inn was beautifully kept and well maintained!Truly a 5 star experience here. We loved our stay, felt safe and comfortable, and the team here truly cares for you!The room itself had everything we needed, and the gym and ice machine were conveniently nearby. Peaceful and quiet at night, no one disturbed us. We highly recommend staying at this inn, as you can tell they go above and beyond in hospitality, cleanliness, and convenience!     We stayed just for a night on our way from Las Vegas to Bryce/zion canyons. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel but rating it 5 because the stuff was so friendly and helpful. Also clean and the breakfast was a lot better than expected. Overall happy and recommend it.     We really enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta - Nellis location it was conveniently located for all our hiking adventures. The staff were excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were delicious and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!!     Charged $250 because I didn’t cancel “in time” — but their deadline was based on a different time zone that was not clearly communicated. No flexibility, no courtesy, just a full penalty. Very disappointing customer service. Be careful and double-check the exact cancellation cutoff before booking.     Very nice, new place in an area that's just OK

    A friend and I stayed one night in a double queen room. The area around the hotel is a bit industrial/dusty, but inside the place is brand new and quite comfortable. There are shops and fast food restaurants nearby but I wouldn't feel safe walking around the area after dark; not sketchy exactly, but not well-lit or pleasant. Beds are perfect for me -- on the softer side -- and breakfast was above average for a mid-range hotel stay with some hot items and the usual carbs, fruit, yogurt and drinks.
