    Overcharged for a very BAD experience

    We went to Ukiah, CA on 10--9-25. We were charges $166.64 and found it online for $88. NOT worth the price we paid. IKEA furnishings. No coffee or pot in the room. We asked for a coffeepot, and it was dirty and unusable. No amenities in the kitchen. The room was clean at least. NOT A DO AGAIN!

    We were in Houston for medical treatment and stayed here as it was close in proximity to the medical facilities that we needed. The 2 positive things I would say is the room was very large although terribly outdated and even though it was advertised as a kitchenette it actually was a full size kitchen although poorly stocked. The pool was dirty. This property is advertised as smoke free and they even tell you that when you arrive. However, it is marijuana infested and they do absolutely nothing to change that even when I requested that on multiple occasions.

    1st time ever staying at this Choice Hotel recognized property, 2 miles off the Las Vegas strip and many stores & eateries close by.Check in went very smoothly, pleasant front desk staff.Room itself was very spacious with full size refrigerator and small kitchenette. Only negative is no breakfast offered and dirty washcloth was left hanging in shower from past guest.Other than that I would stay again.

    Excellent service from Nico at the front desk! He made the check in experience fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all that we needed as advertised. Will definitely stay here again if and when I stop in to Las Vegas again.
