    On June 6th, 2026, I had a terrible experience at this location. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed zero interest in helping me and made the entire visit awful. I will not be coming back.”

    Good location near casinos and Denny’s and airport but very basic , noisy and nowhere to store luggage and unhelpful staff eg can’t use pool

    Change the water filter please.

    Other than the water filter on the ice/water machine by the front office literally saying “change by 12/24/2024” when we’re almost an entire year past that - I can’t complain.     I have stayed at Motel 6 and HoJo as it was for the last 30 years. Unfortunately the inept and disinterested team of customer service 'children' on the desk haven't a clue and the overall oversight of the wider area is dire. I arrived late after a long flight and unfortunately the boy on the desk couldn't see my reservation. He fully understood I'd booked due to my paperwork and receipt, but due to miscommunication between themselves and expedia it hadn't been passed over. Instead of trying to help me, fully knowing that I was a potential paying customer spending money for a 10 night stay, he put me in the street and sat on the curbside trying to find a way to solve it.. a lovely man at the old Motel 6 was helpful and also disgusted at how I was treated.. This did get resolved after being locked out of my room and away from my own belongings the next day when they again struggled with my booking. I told the lovely lady manager that I thought she was going to put me out in the street.. she replied.. oh wed never do that.. Unfortunately you're staff did exactly that the night before. This location has a lovely pool area which is only available to enter with a room key.. but every afternoon I'd watch staff members sit smoking in the area and flagrantly open the door to allow groups of homeless and stray people in the area to infest the area. The pattern was, 3 or 4 scrawny desperately unhealthy individuals would congregate around the pool area, none of which were customers of the hotel. They would then be joined by 2 or 3 younger black men who I witnessed handing out small packages and fussing over these sad individuals who'd spend the next 30 minutes going in and out of the bathrooms located in that area. Staff were watching this and enabling it.. I don't pay to have homeless drug addicts and lowlife drug dealers Share the lively amenities that I've paid the motel for. This a 101 of how NOT to run a Motel.
