This all-suite hotel is unique in Las Vegas. A favourite amongst repeat visitors to the city, it lies only a few minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

Facility

The holiday village has 2522 rooms, which are located on 51 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool area (in part heated) includes 5 outdoor pools. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. For guests who wish to keep active, crazy golf and golf are available. For sports enthusiasts who wish to work out indoors, a gym is available for a fee. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and hydrotherapy treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Breakfast, a lunch à la carte and dinner delight guests with culinary treats and a wide variety of dishes. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers snacks.

    Front desk manager Cheyenne had a poor attitude, she wasn’t helpful when my room keys didn’t work. Made numerous excuses for a trivial issue.

    Fun time! Hotel nice. Good entertainment. Friendly staff. Close to strip. Both restaurants we ate at, the food was delicious.

    No microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. I met a guest who had got stuck in the elevator that day and he complained of no coffee makers (I don’t use them anyway). Maintenance never came. The A.I. chat won’t allow you to s speak with a human for any room issues. You have to stand in lines downstairs to speak with a human. At one point, I was forced to go stand in a second line since “we don’t handle that.” Rewards counter’s answer to everything was to send me away elsewhere, but every single time, I stood my ground, and they realized they HAD to help me. The casino is a big ash tray. Restaurant options are terrible. I couldn’t even get a common pasta dinner or a pizza anywhere on the property. Some restaurants never even opened during my entire stay. And you’re forced to pay for every meal since you don’t have a microwave to reheat meals you don’t finish. Never again.

    Used Hyatt Globalist Suite Upgrade award to secure an 1,100 sq ft suite room....4 nights including a Sat. $220 all in. Only issue with room was non-working fridge never fixed nor portable provided. Despite reported $300+ million renovation still feels dated....e.g., they seem to have not replaced the 30+ year old front door to the room. Casino and rest of the property look dated. Only tried free breakfast once...not for us. Did use the gym, which is okay. All in all, if you just need a very inexpensive, large room this is a terrific value....just don't expect Vegas glitz.

    No hot water! Outdated hotel

    You can tell the hotel is outdated once you enter the entrance. For a short stay I don’t mind things being old, with the hope that everything is functioning at least. However, lots of things just went wrong. The major one would be the hot water issue. The shower water is cold. I let the water run for 10 minutes, the water is still too cold for any human being to take a shower. I called for help, and was taken care of by a chatbot Rio Rita, stating that my case has been reported, but nothing happened before I checked out.
