    I have mixed feelings about this property. The location is great - just one block off the strip and amazingly close to the convention center. The room looked worn out and the couch and chairs looked flat out dirty. Why in the world would you have carpet in Vegas. It's harboring so much funk. The bed was comfortable and the floor was surprisingly quiet. There seems to be a lot of business travelers here. The hallways smell of smoke and old ladies that hang out at the slot machine. I mean it is Vegas so...I guess that is to be expected. Breakfast was not good. We stay at Marriott hotels all the time. We are used to it being better than it was but it was well stocked so again I am not going to complain that much. There is parking garage that you must pay to park in - it's not included in your stay. Not sure if I would stay here again but it was good for a night or two

    My husband and I had a room with a really loud air conditioning unit. The next day, I asked to be moved, and Logan at the front desk was so helpful and made sure the room was on the same floor, which I had asked for to make it easier to move our stuff.Also, I chatted with another lady at the desk, Rashonda, at a different time. I mentioned that I had lost my stud earring and thought it might have flown inside the air conditioning unit of the first room we stayed in. She then called the engineer, and to make a long story short, Peter—the engineer—found my earring when he took the unit apart. These three helpful and pleasant people made our stay very pleasant. Thank you all!!!

    Bathroom sink was unusable, absolutely disgusting. I walked into the room to see the sink filthy, stinking and full of water. I called the desk to request a diffeeent room. Denied. I spoke with the desk the next morning for some sort of compensation. All they offered was 5k Marriott points. Avoid this place

    Great Stay at the Springhill Suites by Marriott In Las Vegas

    My husband and I have had our wonderful stay for a few days in yet another Marriott property... Now, in Las Vegas. We have had the honor of meeting Terry, Logan, and Roshonda at the Front Desk. They greeted us, each of them were very efficient, they answered our questions, and greeted us each time they saw us as we passed the front desk. Also, our room was clean throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I didn't know the name of the Room Attendant. In the Breakfast Area we liked the variety of food and beverage. Thank you for having friendly and professional staff, as well as of having a friendly atmosphere in the lobby.
