This resort is located right in the heart of Las Vegas.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 172 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

    Our experience was pleasant, I was worried when I checked the check in time and seen the last four reviews were horrible stating pool was pad locked and staff were rude etc. I called the hotel and they answered my questions. They have a beautiful two pool, play area, and spa- they do charge an additional 28.25 to access this area but it’s worth it! The room was clean and nice. The jacuzzi tub was nice! I only interacted with the front desk staff and they were pleasant. We did not use the shuttle to the strip but drove ourselves. The shuttle goes to the strip every hour dropping off and picking up from a specific location- the last shuttle back leaves the strip at 8:15pm. So if you’re a responsible adult plan accordingly! Another FYI the security deposit is $200.

    Very disappointed. No pool or outdoor seating, the patio is padlocked so you can’t even sit and lounge outside. Offered a shuttle to another location for swimming, but it was not reliable so you risk getting stuck and needing to walk back the half mile, which is not enjoyable after sitting in the sun and 90+ degree heat. Same with the shuttle to the strip, it may just stop without notice, leaving you to figure something else out to get back to the hotel at the last minute. Overall the front desk staff were kind and patient and I felt they were doing the best with what they have. Though leadership was shockingly unprofessional, of course nothing was their fault and they had a long list of excuses. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend.

    Absolutely pissed. Pool & spa no usable. entire courtyard padlocked shut. NO where to even sit in the sun. Booked for an entire week. They refuse to give refunds. NO notice on their website. Completely false advertising.

    DO NOT STAY HERE, the staff are really rude and are not willing to help you under any circumstances even a family emergency, money hungry dont recommend

    Good experience over all. Felt safe and shuttle to the strip was very helpful. Would have loved it more if shuttle schedule was more often and later at night. Pools were closed as expected but looked it it nice during the pool season.
