Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

    Food/service is great. If your looking for a host that is not offensive and returns your calls and e-mails, go to South Point/Silverton.

    Hotel staff leaves your room open and no one cares.

    We left the room in the morning with our room door closed and locked.Hotel staff entered the room and cleaned it and then left our room door open. We returned to our room more than 10 hours later finding the door to our room open. We immediately called the front desk to complain that their staff had left our door open all day and night, the front desk was not interested at all in our complaint and suggested we call hotel house keeping. Hotel house keeping was closed and could not take our complaint. We then called hotel security who simply advised us to contact the front desk. We explained that we already contacted the front desk and they were not interested in our complaint. Hotel security suggested that we go in person to the front desk so that there would be a record of our complaint in case this happened again. We followed security suggestion and went to the front desk in person. We spoke with the same front desk person that had taken our initial complaint. This person was still not interested in our complaint and the situation of guest’s room being left open with all their belongings at risk for theft for over 10 hours. The leaving of our room door open for over 10 hours was bad enough but the hotels response to their own actions is completely unacceptable. We feel unsafe and we will never stay here again. We would not recommend this hotel for anyone who values their belongings.

    Excellent hotel and casino. Anthony’s steakhouse is the best for service and quality of the food I eat there at least 2x a month. Well worth it as compared to other steakhouses. The sea bass and the ribeye are excellent! Give it a try.

    It's just too smokey in this casino. It's unbearable. Dont visit if you have any health issues. It's not even enjoyable anymore. It's a big smoke stack. Visit other casinos. Don't bother going to M until they change their smoking policy

    A fantastic locals casino resort with unexpected refinement.

    Always a great experience at the "M". If you are a slot player like us, you will find a wide variety of games. Cocktail service is quick and regular and they have a wide variety of dining options from casual to high end. The location is a few miles south of the "Strip" and will give you a break from the crowds, craziness and congestion. We haven't stayed at the M since the "new" wing was added, but hope to soon.
