  A horrible experience. I was delayed due to a medical emergency and called them to let them know I would be arriving a day later. They said that their policy is to cancel the entire stay for a no show. I offered to pay for the first night if I could keep it for the remaining days. They refused. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused. I called the company that booked the reservation and they got the same response. After I had booked another hotel, they called back and said that they would accept my original offer. Too late. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.   Be aware event goers! They charge $50 for event parking. Cops say they KNOW the road is closed after the event yet they still scam people $50 to be parked and TRAPPED in their lot to collect people's money. Don't use them for event parking!   Need a $100/night pace to stay in Vegas that gives you exactly what you need? This is the place. Stayed June 19-22 room 222 one King. Old room, which is what $100/night gets you anywhere.Included bed, 3 pillows, 2 sets of towels, TV, desk and chair, power outlets, two side tables with touch on 3 level lamps, bureau with three small drawers plus shelf and place for suitcase (used to be for mini fridge) with 3/4 length mirror above, hair dryers, luggage rack, 4 hangers 3 foot metal rack, on rack, iron and ironing board, phone. Room was hot when entered but AC worked perfect, kept room at 68 F. Ice bucket, 4 cups, two 8 oz bottles of water. 2nd mirror in room, 3/4 length for prepping with lights aboveBathroom is small and clean, shoulder height window overlooks plain view of massive asphalt lot, but fine. Shower was good with heat and pressure, soap, conditioner, body washFront desk was nice. Parking free. Pool open. Laundry room. Bag storage place. ATM on site. No breakfast or vending (maybe in laundry?), easy walk 9 minutes to Denny's which takes orders for carry out. Seven-eleven is there for expensive junk food and water. Sink water was fine drinkable and cool but not cold. Leave 3 to 5 dollars tip on thr bed each day for cleaning (which may be on alternate days).   Sleazy in the worst ways

  The wifi reminds me of when I had DSL in 2002. It's SLOW and makes doing any kind of important business near impossible. Also the AC is LOUD, like having an old antique car left running inside the hotel room. Even when I'm not sleeping, the noise is unbearable. The TV remote doesn't match the TV brand so all it can do is turn the TV on and off. You can't do anything else. I'm not sure how this place is even still in business in 2025 with this run-down service.
