  It was really bad, noisy and dirty. Hard bed and they charged me twice. Becah is mediocre , food is terrible. Never again

  The Aquarius is old, outdated and the room we stayed in was in very, very rough shape. Peeling wallpaper, a shower that when you turned it on the water came out half way from the showerhead and half from the faucet, a toilet that sounded like it was not happy being flushed as it groaned and whooshed loud enough to wake the dead, a sink that drained reluctantly at best, dirty floor and carpet, pitiful bedding that might have been found in a crack hotel, and a bed that felt like a piece of plywood was under the funky sheet which made it a very tough proposition to get any sleep. When booking this riverview room, looked at the picture and thought, that looks great. The reality was quite different. Instead of a panoramic view of the river, the rooms sit off to the side and while you can see the river, it has no relation to the picture. The bed in the picture looks spacious and comfortable with a fine bedspread and a great view. Not so, the bedding is old, barely washed and we had to have a blanket and another sheet delivered as the bedding in the room was pitiful. The hallway on the 15th floor had not been vacuumed for a long time. Dirty with old straws and unknown substances around. On the plus side the bellmen, the waitress in the cafe and the rewards club sign in lady were all wonderful. We had planned on staying three nights but left after one. One more note on the bed, the mattress was like a piece of wood, absolutely terrible. I would not stay here ever again, rather sleep in my car or outdoors. Motel 6 looks better than this pos!

  Clean rooms, great location, good variety of restaurants, gaming machines seem to be frequently moved/changed to mixed review. Service at the bar is HORRIBLE. Bartenders will congregate and talk, totally ignoring customers. Hotel website doesn't have a place to lodge complaints.

  Don't Stay at the Aquarius

  Don’t stay at the Aquarius Hotel and Casino. They will charge you a “deposit” of $225 when you check in and won’t give it back when you check out. I stayed there from March 6 to March 8 2026. When checking in I was charged a $225 “deposit” and was assured that it would be refunded when I checked out. I checked out at the front desk on March 8. I was handed a receipt with a balance due of $225. When I asked about it they said that they were experiencing computer problems, they’re working on it, and they would refund the $225 in two hours. Over the next week the charge wasn’t removed from my credit card, I called them repeatedly, and they promised to refund it “within an hour” or “within a day”. They did not.Today is Sunday, March 15. The $225 has still not been refunded to me. I am therefore disputing it with my credit card company and taking back my $225.The moral: Don’t stay at the Aquarius Hotel.

  Was expecting a great experience since Laughlin and its casinos is described as the old Vegas. I expected excellent customer service and a good old fashion gambling experience. This hotel is neglected, old, and has the rudest staff I have had to deal with in awhile. Find somewhere else to stay!!
