dont bother coming here, try your luck somewhere else

save your money, this place isnt worth it. I was desperate enough to stay just 2 nights before I said "forget it" and left because I just couldnt put up with this trashy place anymore. putting aside just the inconsiderate neighbors, the staff were...weird to say the least. one practically followed me to my room because he thought I was lying about only having 1 cat even after I already paid the pet fee. and then later on when I called for room service another staff picked up and then immediately hung up on me, which sorta brings me to my next complaint which is the awful wifi. I say this because Im not sure if I was hung up on, or just disconnected from the wifi--regardless, Im just lucky I wasnt here long term because it easily couldve driven me insane. and don't bother trying to shower--the soap dispensers dont work, the shower door cannot close fully, the vent overhead is disgusting and just seeing it alone is enough to make you want to puke. not to mention, my room didnt have any towels or washcloths when I arrived. theres probably stuff Im forgetting but I think I proved my point

Grime & Filth.

They're disgusting! On the surface it may look ok, but truly the place is filthy. There's no housekeeping that comes around to maintain the rooms at all!Disgusting, grime coated floors that blacken shoes & black mold is growing in the sink making the room smell like urine or something like ammonia!. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never return & don't recommend anyone else disappoint themselves either.

Dirty and not staffed appropriately
17 Jul 2025
Stayed for two nights. The door to the main lobby is always locked with a sign saying “Be back in 10 mins” with a phone number. Very inconvenient for check in and check out, and we were not able to get coffee. The room itself was visibly dirty with dust and hair. It smelled of human urine in the bathroom and in the closet. The floor was slippery like something oily was on the floor and had not been cleaned properly, or that they used dirty mop water. Never returning to this location.
