  Zero accountability from the window, zero standards. And absolutely zero professionalism. Highly DO NOT recommend it

  This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy — the floors were dirty, there were marks all over the walls, and burn marks on the TV. The AC unit was caked in dust and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I found insects in the corners of the room, and the entire space had a strong, unpleasant odor — clearly a smoking room. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly not sanitized. One of the main lights wasn’t working, and the light fixture had been removed and was just sitting on top of the dresser with dust all over it. When I went to the front desk to express my concerns, the staff showed zero accountability or professionalism. They dismissed everything and told me to take it up with the online booking site. This was a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would never recommend this motel to anyone. It’s clear they have no standards and don’t care about the condition of their property or the well-being of their guests. We checked in and immediately checked out.   Dirty unhygienic

  Unhygienic, dirty toilet, moldy shower and dirty room. Would never stay there again. The room has layers of dirt. All they need some cosmetic renovation. No conditioner and only one shampoo to use, one small soap for two people.   Property and management are lacking

  Reasons to stay at this motel include: its budget pricing, its convenience to freeways, a major road and walkable places to eat. Over the years I've stayed here 1-2 times a year as I grew up here and have family within easy driving distance. However, in the past 20 years or so I've seen the property go from a good value to "only if desperate". On my last visit on January 2nd, I appreciated the large flat screen tv with remote, but saw that there was a sconce and shade on the wall behind it--useless for lighting. The "closet" was a wardrobe bar in the dressing area without many hangers. Most odd was an apparent recent effort to redecorate; namely, the wall covering was some kind of cloth visibly stapled to the wall with gaps in the seams. Very slapdash and unattractive.But my loyalty went out the window when I stipulated in advance that I'd need a first floor room due to mobility issues. Upon arrival, the management told me that there were no more first floor rooms, which meant that this senior citizen would have to go up a long flight of outdoor stairs! Surely they could have called my phone and told me ahead of time instead of putting me in a "take it or leave it" situation. I view this as a major gaffe in customer service and will take this property off of my lodgings list.

  Nope not it, no visitors allowed even u booked 2 rooms just the 3 of you. Their blanket had a menstrual stain and their toilet paper almost run out either, they have no soaps only for handwashing, they have smelly room, no outlets on the bedside only near the door. The upper lock is also busted, I dont complain but do it better, you can take my 40$ deposit fee for your interior renovation.   Dirty! Do not stay here!

  Even tough it is a cheap hotel, right on entering the room we saw a cockroach on the TV stand, which should have been our first red flag. Regardless we need a place to stay, for the night but that night stay ended up giving us bed bug bites!! We are still trying to get rid of the bites and making sure we did not bring any back to our places.
