Gentleman at front desk takes picture, followed black person and called the cops on her for no reason Guest Services, Guest Services / Front Office at Americas Best Value Inn Thousand Oaks, responded to this review Dear Richard,We sincerely apologize that you had to witness this situation. Please allow us to clarify that our staff’s actions were not directed toward any guest. The individual in question was not a registered guest and had been entering the lobby daily to take items without permission. While we must protect the safety and comfort of our guests, we also regret that the incident appeared otherwise. We value all of our guests and strive to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

    Amazing hotel! My experience with Americas Best Value Inn in Newbury Park was awesome! Staff took well care of me with a clean room after every Housekeeping Service! Clean towels and comfy bed and pillows! Cleanliness 5 STAR! Big parking lot and free WiFi! I will come back to this hotel anytime I need to..Manager is a great caring person! Your stay in ABVI will be a great experience as mine!

    I was here for a few night and I really liked it it has nice beds and nice rooms. One thing I didn’t like was that a girl name Cindy was so rude to me idk if she was in a bad mood but she was so rude she almost made me cry. The next night there was a lady named Frances and she help me a lot she help me get a room she help me mostly on everything thanks to her I enjoy my night here if you guys ever go here always look for her she’s a really nice lady I give her a 15/10

    Disgusting!!! Only need one word to describe this hotel. I have a feeling that the hourly rate is higher than the daily rate. CONS1. Heavily stained mattress. Thank god I brought my own sheet, pillow and a sleeping bag. 2. Carpet, disgusting- I brought my shower slides, Thank god!!!3. More caulking in the shower than fiberglass 4. Corners in bathroom covered with some sort of organisms5. Iffy proposition if the toilet flushes6. Damn smokers!!!PRO1. Good water pressure in the shower.If my wife had been traveling with me, should would have divorced me!!!
