    Horrible experience. Front desk attendants were rude. The hotel room was dirty. Saw bugs in the room. Sheets and pillows had stains and black specks. They would not give us washcloths or towels to take showers. We checked out within a couple hours and went to a different hotel. Carriage Inn, General Manager at Anaheim Carriage Inn, responded to this review We are disappointed to read your comments; the third time you have written, as we do not agree with your recollection of the circumstances. We hope that you will be more satisfied with the selection of a different hotel upon your next visit to the Anaheim area.

    Friendly staff, clean room, close to convention center. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. A n inexpensive alternative to the more expensive hotels in the Anaheim area.     Central location provides easy access to Disneyland the Honda Center for a Ducks game or Angel field for a MLB game The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet does an amazing job of keeping the breakfast room clean and fully stocked with fresh coffee and baked goods. She even helps you find your favourite bagel.     Great Location but needing some attention..

    Shower Water went from warm to very hot during shower, Bed Mattress was worn out and sagged in the middle. breakfast hour were to short and food selection was subpar. We had an issue with our reservation that took three trips to office to resolve.     Carriage Inn is a great value, clean rooms and excellent service. Tammy the Manager always has a beautiful smile and is very welcoming and attentive to service for the guests.Breakfast is always fresh with great service and quality. I have been staying here every year for 22 years and never disappointed.
